This is a pic inspired by how I'd like the series of Inuyasha to end. The Shikon no Tama is whole and purified, Inuyasha is at peace with his dual nature, and he and Kagome go off into the sunset and live happily ever after. ^_^
It was only after I drew the whole pic that I realized Inuyasha is holding his sword on the wrong side (he's right-handed). I could have easily fixed it by just flipping the picture, but my American mindset insists that if they're facing the other way, they're looking off into the past, and not the future. Weird, eh? ^_^; So the reason his sword is on the wrong side is because he moved it there so that he could hold hands with Kagome. ^_~
Beautiful. Love the pose and expressions. Great attention to detail - even with the background.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
